RESERVATION POLICY:
We highly recommend that
you make reservations prior to arrival especially during weekends,
holidays, and in-season periods to insure your accommodation. A
one night's deposit is required for each room reserved. A deposit
is necessary to confirm a reservation with your credit card which
matches the credit card used for your advanced deposit. You must
be twenty-one (21) years or older to rent a room at the Ambassador
Motel. Photo ID is required at time of check-in.
DAILY ROOM RATES:
All room rates are based on
two persons per room per night and are determined by dates
requested, room type, and subject to availability. All rooms are
subject to state and local taxes. Rates may change without notice.
Holiday periods are slightly higher. Rollaway beds are subject to
availability and must be requested in advance. Rate based
on a per night basis and subject to state and local taxes.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
The Ambassador Motel has
a four day prior to arrival cancellation policy. If you notify us
that you are canceling your reservation at least four days prior
to your scheduled arrival, your deposit will be refunded. Less a
$25.00 per room cancellation fee. If you cancel within the four
days prior to your scheduled arrival, your deposit is
non-refundable. All early departures falls within cancellation
policy. A cancellation fee of $25.00 will be charged on all
cancellations. All cancellations must be made by telephone at
least four days prior to your scheduled arrival in order to
confirm your cancellation by our front desk manager.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT POLICY:
Check-In time
3:00pm and Check-Out time 11:00am. Please let us know if you will
be arriving after 11:00pm, you must make prior arrangements with
us for a late arrival, since out office closes at
11:00pm.
Inappropriate behavior such as drugs or
excessive drinking will be cause for removal of offenders.
PET POLICY:
Sorry, NO pets allowed at the
Ambassador Motel due to concerns that some guests have allergic
reactions towards pet dander and due to the threat of ticks and
fleas. There are several kennels in our area.
SMOKING POLICY:
Sorry, smoking is not allowed inside any rooms at the
Ambassador Motel. There are designated smoking areas located outside of the Motel. Please Note: A $75.00 charge will be added for smoking in rooms. This policy is in effect to make our customer's stay more enjoyable. We appreciate your compliance.
HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE:
We provide housekeeping
service every day between the hours of 10:30am to 2:30pm.
The Management reserves the right to modify and
amend its policies at any time without
notice.
